I've already found two avalanche snowboarding videos without doing much research. I can't imagine what goes through your mind when you hear the rumble of the snow.
The video below comes from Wolf Creek Pass and two friends snowboarded down the hill after the pass received 65 inches of snow after four days.
The powder looks dreamy, but sometimes that can turn into a nightmare. Luckily the two were fine. You can read more about the details here.

She had a float bag which came in really handy after that ride. You can see that she was high-fiving after the event, so luckily she was alright.

There is all kinds of safety equipment for snow slides like trackers, probes, and special shovels. If you want to do something like that, do a lot of research. The lady in the above video, had a whole crew with her. In the first video, they were alone, so they were lucky nothing happened.
